Three steps
1 · Open
On any deal, person or organization, choose Recurring activity from the actions menu (…).
2 · Set the pattern
Pick the activity type, who it’s for, and how often it repeats. The next dates are shown before you save.
3 · Done
Each activity appears in Pipedrive a week before it’s due, linked to the deal, person and organization, at the right time in your timezone.

Every N days, weeks, months or years; chosen weekdays; the same day each month; or the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th or last weekday of the month.
Ends when you want
Repeat forever, a number of times, or until a date.
Real Pipedrive activities
Calls, meetings, tasks, emails or your own types, with owner, note and links, so they show up in your activity list, calendar and reports.
Right time, every time
Times follow your Pipedrive timezone, including summer time. The 31st becomes the last day in shorter months.
Pause and resume
Stop a schedule for a while and pick it up again. Deleting a schedule never deletes activities that are already in Pipedrive.

We keep as little as possible
The app stores your schedules and a sign-in token, encrypted. It doesn’t copy your deals, contacts or notes. It signs in with Pipedrive’s standard authorization and only asks to read deals, contacts and users and to create activities.

Is this made by Pipedrive?
No. Recurring Activities is an independent app by Senyi Labs. It uses Pipedrive’s official API and app extensions.
Why doesn’t the next activity appear right away?
Activities are created a week before they are due, so your list isn’t filled with months of future items. A new schedule creates the first week’s activities immediately.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your schedules pause. Nothing already in Pipedrive is removed. When you subscribe, they continue from that day; missed dates aren’t created as a pile of overdue activities.
Do all users in our company need to subscribe?
No. One subscription covers the whole Pipedrive company.
Can I edit a schedule?
Today you can pause, resume and delete. To change a pattern, delete the schedule and create a new one; activities already created stay.
