Terms of service

Last updated: 27 October 2026. These terms apply to Recurring Activities for Pipedrive (“the app”), made by Senyi Labs, Norway (“we”). By installing or using the app you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the company whose Pipedrive account you use.

1. What the app does

The app creates Pipedrive activities on a repeating schedule that you set. It is an independent product. It is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Pipedrive OÜ. You need a Pipedrive account and must follow Pipedrive’s terms.

2. Your schedules are your responsibility

The app creates activities exactly as your schedules describe, using the Pipedrive permissions of a user in your company who installed it. Check the preview of the next dates before saving. Deleting or pausing a schedule stops new activities; it does not remove activities already created.

3. Trial, plans and payment

• Each Pipedrive company gets a 14-day trial of all features. After that, schedules pause and new ones can’t be created until the company subscribes.
• One subscription covers the whole Pipedrive company. It is matched to the email address of a user in that company who installed the app.
• Subscriptions are sold through Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe (with its Link service) is the merchant of record: it handles payment, receipts, invoices and taxes under its own terms.
• Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; the subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• If you are not happy, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t use the app to break the law, to get around Pipedrive’s limits or terms, or to flood Pipedrive with activities. Don’t try to copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app.

5. Availability and changes

The app depends on Pipedrive and Cloudflare, which can change or limit their services. Activities are created by a job that runs every hour; we work to keep it running but can’t promise uninterrupted service. If runs are missed, the app catches up on its next run. We may change or improve features. If we discontinue the app, we will tell paying customers in advance and refund unused prepaid time.

6. No warranty

To the extent the law allows, the app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed activities, lost data or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount your company paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory law.

8. Privacy and data processing

See the privacy policy. For personal data in your schedules, Senyi Labs processes it only to provide the app, on your company’s instructions as set out in these terms and the privacy policy. If your company needs a signed data processing agreement, contact us.

9. Ending

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it in Pipedrive. We may suspend access if these terms are seriously broken.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will note the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced to paying customers in advance.
