Terms of service

Last updated: 28 October 2026. These terms apply to Stripe Payments for Pipedrive (“the app”), made by Senyi Labs, Norway (“we”). By installing or using the app you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the company whose Pipedrive account you use.

1. What the app does

The app shows information from your Stripe account in Pipedrive and adds notes and tasks to Pipedrive when payment events happen in Stripe. It is an independent product. It is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Stripe, Inc. or Pipedrive OÜ. You need a Pipedrive account and a Stripe account and must follow their terms.

2. Your accounts and key

You connect your Stripe account with a restricted, read-only key that you create and control; you can delete it in Stripe at any time. You confirm you are allowed to connect that Stripe account to your Pipedrive account. Contacts are matched by email address; check that the information shown belongs to the right customer before acting on it.

3. Trial, plans and payment

• Each Pipedrive company gets a 14-day trial of all features. After that, the panel and automations pause until the company subscribes.
• The price is per active user in your Pipedrive company. The subscription must cover your active users; if it doesn’t, you have 7 days to add users before the app pauses.
• A subscription is matched to the email address of a user in your company who installed the app.
• Subscriptions are sold through Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe (with its Link service) is the merchant of record: it handles payment, receipts, invoices and taxes under its own terms.
• Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; the subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• If you are not happy, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t use the app to break the law, to get around Stripe’s or Pipedrive’s limits or terms, or to access Stripe accounts you aren’t authorised to use. Don’t try to copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app.

5. Availability and changes

The app depends on Stripe, Pipedrive and Cloudflare, which can change or limit their services. Stripe events are checked every 15 minutes; we work to keep this running but can’t promise uninterrupted service, and events older than Stripe keeps (30 days) can’t be recovered. We may change or improve features. If we discontinue the app, we will tell paying customers in advance and refund unused prepaid time.

6. No warranty

To the extent the law allows, the app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. The app shows data from Stripe; Stripe remains the record of your payments.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed notes or tasks, wrong matches, lost data or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount your company paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory law.

8. Privacy and data processing

See the privacy policy. Senyi Labs processes personal data only to provide the app, on your company’s instructions as set out in these terms and the privacy policy. If your company needs a signed data processing agreement, contact us.

9. Ending

You can stop using the app at any time by disconnecting Stripe or uninstalling it in Pipedrive. We may suspend access if these terms are seriously broken.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will note the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced to paying customers in advance.
