Who receives data

Google user data

The add-on asks Google for permission to:

Spreadsheet Editor for Asana’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, do not use it to train AI models, and no person at Senyi Labs reads it, unless you ask us to for support, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.

Error logs

When something fails, Google Apps Script records the error message in Google Cloud logging, which Senyi Labs can read to fix problems. An error message can contain a task name or a value you typed, for example “unknown user …”. Google keeps these logs for about 30 days.

Your choices and rights

Click Disconnect in the sidebar to remove your Asana sign-in. Delete the add-on’s tabs or the spreadsheet to remove task data. Removing the add-on in Google Sheets (Extensions → Add-ons → Manage add-ons) stops it from running. You can also revoke its access at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and Asana’s access in your Asana account settings under Apps. For any privacy question or request, including under the GDPR, use the contact form and choose the topic Privacy.

Changes

We’ll update this page when the add-on’s data handling changes, and note the date at the top.
