Terms of service
Last updated: 22 October 2026. These terms apply to Spreadsheet Editor for Asana (“the add-on”), made by Senyi Labs, Norway (“we”). By installing or using the add-on you agree to them.
1. What the add-on does
The add-on lets you read Asana tasks into Google Sheets, edit them, and send changes back to Asana. It is an independent product. It is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Asana, Inc. or Google LLC. You need your own Google and Asana accounts and must follow their terms.
2. Your changes are your responsibility
The add-on acts with your own Asana permissions and only sends changes after you confirm them in the preview. You are responsible for the changes you send, including bulk changes. Check the preview before sending. “Undo last send” and the conflict check reduce the risk of mistakes but cannot rule them out.
3. Trial, plans and payment
- New users get a 14-day trial of all features. After that, the free plan keeps reading and refreshing; sending changes and other Pro features need a paid licence.
- Licences are sold by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, which handles payment, invoices and taxes under its own terms.
- Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; the licence stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- If you are not happy, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it.
- A licence is for one person unless your plan says otherwise. Don’t share licence keys.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use the add-on to break the law, to get around Asana’s or Google’s limits or terms, or to access data you are not allowed to see. Don’t try to copy, resell or reverse-engineer the add-on.
5. Availability and changes
The add-on depends on Google and Asana, which can change or limit their services. We work to keep it running and up to date but can’t promise uninterrupted service. We may change or improve features. If we discontinue the add-on, we will tell paying users in advance and refund unused prepaid time.
6. No warranty
To the extent the law allows, the add-on is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
8. Privacy
See the privacy policy.
9. Ending
You can stop using the add-on at any time by removing it. We may suspend access if these terms are seriously broken.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will note the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced to paying users in advance.
